Manage collections and support the achievement of clinic operational goals.
Use Abeldent software to maintain patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling.
Coordinate treatment planning alongside our Periodontist and Orthodontist.
Provide occasional coverage at other downtown Toothworks locations as needed.
Support the clinical team with day-to-day workflow and operational needs.
What We're Looking For

Previous dental office experience is mandatory.
Proficiency with Abeldent dental software strongly preferred; experience with any dental practice management software is an asset.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, multi-operatory practice.
Comfortable operating a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability — must be available for one evening shift per week and occasional coverage at sister locations.
Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate seamlessly as part of a larger team.
Naturally puts people at ease — warm, professional, and composed under pressure.
Positive, dependable, and able to bring focus and energy to every shift.

Your Role as a Front Desk Administrator/Treatment Coordinator
This role is the face and voice of our clinic, whether on the phone or welcoming patients at the front reception desk, you will help set the precedence. Must have a personality that quickly puts people at ease. Be enthusiastic about working for our patients and making dentistry fun. Must have a strong, independent work ethic and the ability to also work well as part of our team. Previous dental experience and computer competency is MANDATORY, as we operate digitally. Must have an “I’ll do whatever is needed” kind of attitude about work and responsibilities.
Key skills and tasks for success in the position include:
Oversee the daily operations of our dental office, verify and send insurance claims, explain treatment (Invisalign), manage collections, schedule appointments and strive to achieve operational goals and miscellaneous operations expenses.
Days - Monday to Saturday
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have previous dental experience.
Must be proficient with computers and previous dental practice management software experience would be considered an assett.
Be able to run a multi-line phone system.

Well-established, busy dental practice seeking a confident, patient-focused Associate Dentist. We are open Monday to Saturday and can accommodate full-time or a combination of days.
